This well cared for Larson Cabrio 310 is a roomy mid-cabin cruiser which includes an impressive inventory of standard equipment. Owned by a mechanical engineer, and immaculately maintained, she is built on a solid fiberglass hull with a patented notched Duo Delta Conic design. This hull design gives it the ability to handle and perform like a much smaller boat. She will cruise comfortably at 30 MPH with reasonable fuel consumption and can reach speeds in excess of 45 MPH. Both outdrives were serviced this spring, the engine oil was just changed at the beginning of September. Ready to go, she needs nothing. Just bring your swimsuits and go watch the sunset or spend the night on the water. Cockpit settee and forward salon settee both convert into full size beds, so will sleep six. For entertainment, enjoy the fusion stereo system or watch TV in the salon or cockpit. When not on shore power, the 5KW generator will run the AC unit to keep you comfortable when it’s hot outside or switch over to heat pump to keep you warm in the winter. The built-in bilge heater means you don’t have to winterize the boat, so it can be enjoyed year-round. The bimini top and canvas enclosure (with new Strataglass on the front sections) will keep you comfortable even when it’s chilly outside.

The Cabrio's wide-open interior is dominated by a curved lounge that extends from the head compartment all the way around to the galley. A dinette table is to port, with the well-appointed galley to starboard. The galley includes a two-burner dual fuel cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator-freezer. The mid-cabin is tucked behind the companionway steps which leaves it open to the salon. Privacy curtains separate the mid cabin sleeping area from the main cabin. The head compartment is very roomy for showering. On deck, the cockpit has a u-shaped settee aft as well as a wet bar with refrigerator. The driver's side of the double helm has a drop-down bolster for stand-up driving. To the port side of the helm is a comfortable lounger. Through the transom door is a large integrated swim platform with a built-in boarding ladder for easy re-boarding after a relaxing swim. A large transom locker stores dock-lines, water toys, etc. along with a hot and cold pull-out shower. Integrated steps to the walk-through windshield gives access to the bow, where you can relax on the sun-pad. For increased comfort and eye appeal, the cockpit area and swim platform are covered with snap-in Sea-Grass floor covering.

The vessel is equipped with a NMEA 2000 backbone, with two engine gateways (installed in 2021). This allows the new Simrad G09 chartplotter to display helpful engine information such as temperature, fuel consumption, RPM, and MPG. Also installed is a Raymarine SL70C RADAR. Two 80 gallon fuel tanks give the boat plenty of range, while the 46 gallon fresh water tank will provide water, and the 37 gallon holding tank will collect the waste.

The boat is in a slip that is paid up through March. The slip is equipped with a spider diaper, internet controlled lights, and two security cameras (remotely viewable). The slip is included in the sale.
